To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Privacy & Data
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not store any audio recordings. Your voice is transcribed and discarded immediately.
5. Permitted Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of the Service by any third party.
6. Subscription & Payments
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. All payments are processed securely. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Dictation Daddy and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
Dictation Daddy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.
